The oil temperature is between 45 ℃ and 80℃, and the impurities in the system are taken away as far as possible with a large flow rate. The hydraulic system should be repeatedly cleaned for more than three times, and after each cleaning, all the oil will be released from the system when it is hot. After cleaning, clean the filter, replace the new filter element after filling new oil.

1. Before replacing the original hydraulic oil, check the oil return filter element, oil absorption filter element and pilot filter element to see whether there are iron scraps, copper scraps or other impurities, if there may be hydraulic components fault, repair and eliminate, clean the system.
