ZXF Series Tubular Backwashing Filters adopt a unique and expandable plum type design, with a small area(less than one square meter) and a large flow rate.The range of filtration accuracy is large (0.2μm-2mm), which is very suitable for the filtration of large flow and low viscosity liquids.

Increase flow and save space:

Remove solid particles of 2μm-2mm.
Conventional flow rate of each unit is 70-200 m3/hr (it can be designed according to specific conditions).
A variety of filter media materials are available to meet the requirements of different filtering environments.
A variety of automatic backwash optional components can realize unmanned operation and ensure that the amount of backwashing fluid is minimized (less than 2% of the total system flow).
The smooth transition design at the joint of pipe and nozzle can avoid the dead angle of filtration during the flow of the liquid.At the same time, the pressure loss can be minimized.
The multi-tube filter adopts isolated backwashing from top to bottom, which not only ensures that the filter media can be completely and efficiently cleaned,but also can ensure that the normal filtration operation of the system can be carried out continuously during backwashing.
The suitable filter element is selected according to different working conditions,the filtration area is greatly increased in the same footprint space.

Reduce costs:

Single ZXF series filter can replace the pipe system,and the number of valves can be greatly reduced.
If the flow is high, you can easily connect multiple sets of ZXF series filters in parallel.
