Coalescing filter

In the heat exchange process of the heat exchanger, iron (caused by oxygen corrosion and weak acid corrosion), or oil and other pollutants into the condensate, harmful to the operation of the boiler and steam turbine, therefore, the condensate containing iron and oil should be fine treatment, to meet the boiler feed water standards.The filter element of condensate prefilter is made of continuous high performance fiber filter material and wound by special equipment.The length of the filter element is up to 70" (1778mm), and the central rod adopts 304 and 316 stainless steel to strengthen the skeleton, which ensures the overall appearance of the filter element. The high performance fiber ensures that the filter element is not easy to deform and the fiber falls off. It can be installed in the existing equipment.The external thread and stainless steel screw connection ensure the installation of the filter element.The machine has a long service life and is widely used in the iron removal and filtration of condensed water in power plants.
