Precautions for the use of bronze sintered porous materials


1) Avoid scratches, collisions, smashes and other damages from hard objects during installation, disassembly, and cleaning.


2) The filtrate should be filtered from the outside to the inside, and the reverse direction should be avoided.


3) Avoid instant rapid pressurization when the filter element is working.


4) When the filtration efficiency is lower than 50%, the filter element should be cleaned in time.


5) When cleaning the filter element, first use pure gas to backflush, and the backflushing gas pressure is 1.5 times the working pressure. Each backflushing time is 3-5 seconds, and the backflushing time is 4-6 times. Then backwash with water for 3-5 minutes, repeat 2-3 times.


6) If the filter element is not effective after online backflushing and backwashing, it should be removed and cleaned in time.




Cleaning method of bronze sintered porous material


1) The decarbonization filter element in the pharmaceutical and chemical industry mainly adopts the method of backflushing and backwashing, and the combination of ultrasonic cleaning has the best effect.


2) The filter element in the water industry is mainly soaked with 5% nitric acid.


The original liquid filter element should be soaked with acid washing (5% nitric acid) or alkali washing (3-5% sodium hydroxide), and then ultrasonically cleaned according to the chemical properties of the filtered impurities.
