Integrity testing of filter elements
a. Inject the polluted liquid into the system to make the filter element build up the pressure difference. At this stage, the oil temperature should be controlled at 15.50 degrees Celsius.
b. The pressure difference of the filter element should be the rated pressure difference marked by the manufacturer. The pressure difference should be the limit pressure difference of the filter element itself, that is, the pressure difference of the filter assembly minus the pre-measured empty shell pressure difference.
C. In the alternation of "rated flow-zero flow", limit the number of times of reciprocation, for example, 100,000 times, 200,000 times and 300,000 times.
d. The pressure difference defined in the test should be controlled at 10% of the limit pressure difference of the filter element.
