Melt sintered filter element

Sintered felt filter element (flange connection type) is also known as melt filter element. The main filter material of this filter element is mainly made of stainless steel woven mesh and stainless steel fiber sintered felt.

The stainless steel woven mesh is woven by stainless steel wire, and its pleated filter element has the characteristics of smooth air passage, easy cleaning, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, no shedding of the wire mesh, and long filtration cycle.

Stainless steel fiber sintered felt is a porous filter material made of stainless steel fiber sintered at high temperature.

Applications:

2. It is corrosion-resistant to nitric acid, alkali, solvent and medicine, and can be used for a long time in an environment of 600 °C.
