Hydraulic oil filter element 0660D010ON is installed in the oil circuit of the hydraulic system to remove metal powder and other mechanical impurities worn by various components in the hydraulic system to keep the oil circuit clean and prolong the life of the hydraulic system.

The filter layer of the filter element is made of non-composite glass fiber filter material, which has high strength, high temperature resistance and corrosion resistance, large dirt holding capacity and good filtration performance. The support net inside the filter element is a 1.5mm thick spiral welded round hole net, which has a large support force and strong pressure resistance.

Hydraulic oil filter element installation steps and precautions

The filter element is originally a consumable item, and it needs to be replaced immediately after it is usually blocked. Note that the system oil tank and pipeline are flushed clean. When refueling, pass through the refueling device with a filter, and do not let the oil in the fuel tank directly contact with the air. Do not mix old and new oil, which is helpful to prolong the service life of the hydraulic oil filter element.
