Stainless steel sintered porous materials allowed for use in:  Nitric acid, sulfuric acid, acetic acid, oxalic acid, phosphoric acid, 5% hydrochloric acid, molten sodium, liquid hydrogen, liquid nitrogen, hydrogen sulfide, acetylene, hydrogen, carbon dioxide gas, water vapor, etc. 

                                                                                        

Notes on the use of stainless steel sintered porous materials  

1) Avoid scratches, collision, smashing and other damage of hard objects in the process of installation, disassembly and cleaning.  

2) Filtrate should be filtered from the outside to the inside, and the opposite direction should be avoided.  

3) Avoid instant and rapid pressurization when the filter element is working.  

4) When the filtering efficiency is lower than 50%, the filter element should be cleaned in time.  

5) When cleaning the filter element, first use pure gas to blow back, and the pressure of the backblowing gas is 1.5 times of the working pressure. Each time, the backblowing time is 3-5 seconds, and the backblowing time is 4-6 times. Then use clean liquid to backwash for 3-5 minutes, repeated 2-3 times.  

6) If the effect of the filter element is not good after online backblowing and backwashing, it should be removed in time for cleaning.  


Cleaning method for sintered porous materials of stainless steel  

1) The decarbonization filter elements in the pharmaceutical and chemical industry mainly use the method of back blowing and back washing, combined with ultrasonic cleaning effect is the best.  

2) The filter element in the water industry is mainly soaked with 5% nitric acid.  

The raw liquid filter element should be soaked by pickling (5% nitric acid) or alkali washing (3-5% sodium hydroxide) and then washed and cleaned by ultrasonic wave according to the chemical properties of filtering impurities.
