The stainless steel sintered felt filter element is made of metal fibers with a diameter of micron through non-woven laying, lamination and high-temperature sintering. The multi-layer metal fiber felt has a pore gradient formed by layers of different pore sizes, which can be controlled to obtain a high filtration accuracy and a larger dirt holding capacity than a single-layer felt. It can continuously maintain the filtering effect of the filter cloth, and has the characteristics of three-dimensional mesh, porous structure, high porosity, large surface area, uniform pore size distribution, etc., and has good structural properties.

1. After being corrugated, the area increases several times, the dirt-holding capacity is strong, and the replacement cycle is long.
2. High porosity, strong gas permeability, low operating pressure difference, suitable for high viscosity medium filtration.
3. It has good strength, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, and can withstand the pressure of 30MPa to 90MPa.
